Major course work includes: Interpersonal Communication, Adult Learning, Needs Assessments, Human Growth and Development, Marriage Family Therapy and Group Theory.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for the State of Oregon. I abide by the Code of Ethics.

I am certified to administer the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Core Values Inventory (CVI), the Team Management Index (TMI), and the Leadership Skills Index (LSI).

I am a parent of three adult children with my husband of 29 years. In my time alone I enjoy athletic activities, time outdoors, reading and writing. I am passionate about learning and living my life on purpose. By this I mean living my life both with intentionality and goals. I bring this dedication to my work with clients helping them to live on purpose. My interest is helping you confront and deal with your issues in order to gain a sense of peace and direction.

Professionally, I’ve spent 18 years working for several large organizations as a leadership and organization consultant. I transitioned from solely consulting to individual, couples and family counseling with the completion of Masters’ degrees in Professional Counseling and Marriage Family Therapy.

I have found in my life as well as others, when healthy change occurs in one person others in the family, community and organizations benefit. I draw upon many areas of my life to help me be an effective counselor and consultant; my education, Christian faith, work experience and life experiences.
